Price guarantees virtually vanished from the retail marketplace as competition increased. Almost all of our product prices are the delivered price to your door via Ground shipping in the lower 48 States. Beyond the lower 48 normal shipping charges will apply minus a discount for the amount of normal domestic shipping. There are no hidden charges, no surcharges, handling charges, shipping charges, or setup charges - ever. You will also never pay an overrun charge or in short get charged for more product than you ordered. We will deliver the number you order, if more arrive they are free unless an overrun is discussed prior to and during ordering. When the free setups, free shipping, no overrun charge and all other random charges are factored in we'll have the lower price at the time of your sale. Compare these features to that of our competitors and you will find our value is hard to beat. We do not directly engage in the low price guarantees that so many in our industry promote but will do our best to provide the greatest value on large orders - please contact us.
Quality
We hand select products we offer from vendors with outstanding industry ratings. We do not offer online products from poorly rated vendors with a history of delivery and quality control issues. There are many industry methods for rating manufacturers, rather than offering thousands of products like many competitors we weed out the lower quality offerings and provide you with the highest quality products available at great values. If a decoration does not conform to the specifications of your paper/product proof we will remedy the situation as needed. Due to the custom nature of these products if you elect for a no-proof rush order you will be required to sign a waiver indicating you understand the item is delivered as is.
Delivery
We guarantee your item will arrive on time or early if a required date is provided and accepted by us at the time of order. For full details of site terms and conditions visit our policy page here. Suggested delivery times on the site require camera ready artwork, rapid proof approval and are suggested times only to be used as guidance. If you do not submit camera ready or EPS vector based artwork the day your order is made there can be delays in shipping. Specific date delivery requirements must be provided in the special instructions. All items ship fully insured, if an item is lost in shipping or damaged it will be covered under the insurance policy of the carrier which is almost always UPS. Please keep in mind the minute the carrier picks up the goods the product is now under your possession and will therefore require intervention of the carrier if the goods are lost or damaged. In the event of major weather or other event that severely delays shipping beyond our control we will do the best we can to reasonably accomodate you.
