Free Setups, Free Shipping* and No Overrun Charges
For all orders of $550 or greater we provide free setups and shipping excluding oversized items as noted on the individual product pages under "Free Shipping" about midway through the product description as shown in the image below and circled in red. For those items discounts will usually be offered in lieu of free shipping. Please refer to each product page for details of the free shipping offer. Orders under $550 will be billed a processing charge of $60 at the time of shipment which covers both the setup charge and shipping charge. This includes Ground freight anywhere in the lower 48. All orders over $550 have free setups and ground shipping in the lower 48 States. The $60 charge on orders under $550 in almost all cases is less than what is charged by others and is neccessary to cover the costs associated with producing those orders. For all orders over $550 free setups literally means you won't see a line item on your bill for "setup" charges unless noted on the product page. All prices you see on our site include a one location decoration and setup or on embroidered apparel a one location logo in up to 12 colors and 7,500 stitches. Additional locations and colors are available at a per piece price - there are no setup charges on additional locations or colors. The free setup and shipping offer can be combined with other promotional offers such as the free iPod offer we are currently running. All orders under $550 will be charged an additional $60 at the time of shipment unless it is a reorder.
There are no overrun charges at PromoManagers online. If you order 100 pieces you'll pay only for 100 pieces even if our vendors ship you more items. Order without fear of hidden charges and with the understanding we will honor your budget.
Free UPS Ground Shipping applies to the lower 48 states on orders of $550 or greater. Overseas orders, orders outside of the lower 48 or orders requiring expedited shipping will be discounted the amount of ground shipping but will be charged the normal rates. We do not mark up shipping so you will pay only what we pay, and have the option of using your own UPS, Fedex or DHL numbers. In addition if you need faster shippng we will credit you the amount of normal UPS Ground shipping towards the price of the expedited shipping. Please remember that goods become the property of the customer once they are picked up by the shipper which is why we ship everything insured.
