Gifts, Gift Cards and Rebates
Gifts generally ship within 2-4 weeks of order delivery and confirmation. Gift cards generally ship within 2-5 weeks of delivery depending on availability and customization. Direct order rebates are applied at the time of payment and are immediate. Please add 2-5 days for shipping transit times to the above schedules and in all cases your gift items will not ship until the order is paid in full and delivery is made, acknowledged and accepted.
Shipping Information and Production Times
Orders totaling $499 or more receive free setups and shipping unless noted on the product page. Orders under $499 will be charged a $60 setup and delivery charge at the time the order ships. Production times listed vary depending on product and availability. Production and or delivery time is counted from approval of artwork or proof. If you order on a Monday and your artwork is approved/proof is approved on Thursday your order production time begins on that Thursday. Reorders typically ship much faster if the artwork remains unchanged. We believe in making sure the order is done correctly over shipping an order faster that is incorrect. Once the artwork is set your re-orders will typical ship much faster. If you have any questions about meeting particular ship dates please ask prior to ordering. All Delivery information as quoted on the product pages is counted from paper proof approval not from your order date. This is required as some customers immediately provide artwork and approvals while others take days. If there are problems with your artwork or your proof requires changes this will further delay the delivery date and time. If you require a specific "in-hands" date this must be provided in the special instructions when ordering.
