2.How do I send artwork?After checkout you will receive a confirmation email with an email address to send us artwork for your Gemline product. We'll setup your artwork for free and make recommendations as needed to insure your logo looks best. You'll also receive a paper proof before your order is processed. We cover all the bases to make sure your order arrives as expected.
3.Do I get a free proof?Yes, all Gemline items will come with a free fax or email proof unless your order is a rush. We will not ship a product without your approval and guarantee your satisfaction.
4.Do you guarantee prices?Yes! If you see a lower price prior to placing your order on any Gemline Promotional Product let us know. Even though we have a price guarantee it's never been used, not even once. When you consider the free setups and free shipping there's no better value.
