We'll setup your artwork for free and make recommendations as needed to insure your logo looks best. EPS and Illustrator are the most acceptable formats. We cover all the bases to make sure your order arrives as expected.
3.Do I get a free proof?Yes, all items will come with a free fax or email proof prior to shipping unless your order is processed as a rush. Your first order typically takes the longest as we work to guarantee your artwork is perfected.
4.Is your price guaranteed?Yes, but to this day our price guarantee has never been used. When factoring in free shipping, setups and other offers we will always have the lower price.
5.What if I need help?We have someone standing by to chat live by clicking on the icon at the top of your screen from 8pm to 12am ET 7 days a week. You can also email, call, or fax.
