  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

  2. Where do you ship from?

    Generally items will ship from our offices in Bourne. Our offices are located less than a mile from the regional UPS Distribution Center allowing us to expedite shipping and insure deliver to the distribution point. The remainder of our items will ship directly from our factory locations throughout the US and in some cases overseas.
  3. How Do I Send Artwork?

    You will receive an email order confirmation after checking out. You can send your artwork back to that email address immediately or you can alternately wait the 15-30 minutes to hear back from a consultant. Artwork should be in EPS or Illustrator format as vector based (outline) format. If your logo is not in this format we may need to have your artwork redrawn. Please note delivery times are FROM proof approval which requires usable artwork.
  4. Can I Visit Your Shop?

    Our shop is open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and select Saturdays during the holiday season. Extended office hours of 8am to 8pm are provided to cover those in other parts of the country. In the shop you'll find a selection of many of the items you see on the site as well as others we have done over the years. We can also arrange to bring into the store any other items you may be interested in. Most items are available for immediate purchase but please be aware licensing restrictions prohibit the purchase of some items without your logo.
