1.How Do I Order?Simply select your product and options like colors and decoration location and click add to cart. At that point you can checkout using our own SSL secured checkout, or you can use Paypal or Google Checkout. Paypal and Google provide you with the knowledge that the vendor never sees your credit card data. Our own checkout allows Net customers to pay via phone, fax, or PO. All orders are immediately confirmed and before production proceeds you will receive a proof.
2.How do I get you my artwork?After checkout you will receive a confirmation email with an address to send us your artwork. We'll setup your artwork for free and make recommendations as needed.
3.Does your price include decoration?Yes, all items on our site feature a one location decoration as part of the already low price. Embroidered apparel includes decoration in 1 location of up to 6 colors. All other items include a one color one location decoration. All items include the option to add more locations or logos. We will not hit you with high priced setup charges like our competitors.
4.Do you guarantee your price?Yes. Our competitors need fancy guarantees across their sites because they're charging you higher rates. Even though we have a price guarantee it's never been used, not even once. When you consider the free setups and free shipping we've never encountered a lower price and neither have our customers.
5.What if I need help?We have someone standing by to chat live by clicking on the icon at the top left of your screen from 8pm to 12am ET 7 days a week. You can also email, call, or fax. If our live chat icon says we're online we're actually here to help unlike so many other sites.
6.Are all sizes the same price?Yes, all sizes are priced the same. We do not upcharge larger sizes.
